Size Matters
The product name tells you how big the crystal is from top to bottom (in millimeters or mm) the fractions of an inch measurement so that you may visualize individual crystals in relation to a ruler.
How to Hang
There is one hole at the top of the crystal for hanging. Hang individually from clear monofilament, ribbon or chord or hang them on the ends of our fine Ethereal Crystal or Swarovski crystal ropes.
How to Attach to Crystal Chains or Ropes
Thread thin florist wire or craft wire through the loop hole at the top of this crystal and then through the bottom hole of one of our crystal chains or use one of our straight linking pins or bow-tie linking pins. One linking pin will hook this crystal through the bottom hole of one of our chains. The straght linking pin works well on chains linked with any type of connector (including coil pins) since it is the most subtle of all links. Meaning, if you have chains linked with coil connectors, it will still look lovely if the ball is attached with a Straight connector.

All lead crystal is more fragile, (not less fragile) than no-lead or glass crystal. Lead Crystal or Austrian Crystal is also substantially heavier. Crystal makers know and confirm that Lead, although a metal, causes the glass to actually become more brittle.

What looks like "color" are actual, natural rainbow sparkle formed by light hitting this purity of crystal which is reflected around the room and on the walls. Although photos can capture it's rainbow colors, they can't truly capture Swarovski's glamorous sparkle. Measurements in parts of an inch are noted next to mm sizes for each product.
Photos Don't Do Them Justice ...
Our photos are a mere taste; in person, the movement of their crisp, rich rainbows is exquisite. Lead Free Swarovski is indistinguishable from it's sister Swarovski Strass when hanging together unless you examine the facet pattern. This chain has no "Aurora Borealis" or AB plastic coating.
What is AB or Aurora Borealis Crystal?
AB is commonly used on plastic acrylic "crystals" & cheaper crystals to "mimic" rainbows they're not really making. However, when it is done to Swarovski crystals, the AB coating is done much more precisely and makes already fabulous crystal look even more brilliant. When the crystals are not brilliant on their own and when it is done cheaply and on big surfaces of cheap crystal, it can look a little gaudy and actually blocks the light from going through the crystal. This means it can't make any of it's own natural sparkle.
