We answer our e-mails many times per day. We do our best to respond to e-mails within 1 - 4 hours. This is the preferred method for contacting us, because it allows us time to provide complete and correct answers to your questions. It also provides a record of all contacts between us. It is also best because our business comes mostly by internet.
If you prefer, feel free to give us a call. However, because we receive most of our business by internet and mail order, we have little need to sit by the phones and instead, spend our time on our production floor or in our warehouse, filling your orders. This means if you call, you may get a live answer or you may need to leave a message and we will return your call. Please be aware that all phone calls may be recorded for quality assurance and to confirm that we fill your order according to your instructions. If you leave a message, be sure to leave your full name, a specific message and best time to call.

Our messages are checked frequently and it is faster than calling back. When leaving a message, please speak clearly, leave your name, number and a specific message. We cannot return calls that do not leave a SPECIFIC message as to what information you need so that the correct person call call you back. Please repeat your name and number twice and include a good time frame when you will be available at the number given. We will certainly call you back. We can only return calls within the U.S.A. (including Puerto Rico and Hawaii). If you are in Canada, Virgin Islands or other countries, we can email you. Our toll free numbers usually only work if you are calling from within the U.S.A.

Our address:
We do not post our physical addess because it is not a walk-in location, but is our shipping and receiving facility only (not for customers). It is not a showroom for customers to browse through our products. We will provide our address however, upon request. Our address can also be found on your automatic email-receipt after placing an online or phone order.
We display our products for customers only online (not at our shipping and receiving facility). We deliver all orders (even if you are in the state of Florida) by UPS, Fedex and Priority Mail.
