We do our best to respond to e-mails within 1 - 4 hours. This is preferred because it provides a clear record of all contacts between us. It also allows us time to provide complete and correct answers to your questions. It is also best because our business comes mostly by internet.

We receive most of our business by internet and have little need to sit by the phones therefore, we spend our time in our warehouse, filling your orders. This means if you call, you may get a live answer or you may need to leave a message and we will return your call. Incoming and Outgoing phone calls are recorded. Our messages are checked frequently and it is faster than calling back.

ABOUT US:
We are primarily a manufacturer that sells the products we manufacture at wholesale prices. A few Items which we distribute instead of manufacture, are at retail pricing. We manufacture all of our crystal chains, flower pedestals and metal trees with the exception being the beaded ones.
Because brides purchase as much as event planners and florists (in most cases) and because most event planners and florists actually rent and re-use our products for multiple events instead of re-selling, we offer all customers the same pricing. Lower pricing is based on how much you buy instead of who you are. The variable is quantity.
Higher quantity gets the best pricing which is posted on our website. If you are purchasing an extra-ordinary quantity (generally 1000 chains or more or 50 trees or more) , please call or email us as you may qualify for our re-seller, bulk pricing.

We operate out of 3 locations in North Carolina, Florida and Texas.
Our mailing address and our shipping and receiving warehouses are at separate locations which are not showrooms for customers to browse through our products. We are a wholesale MANUFACTURER, specializing in select products.
Our office and warhouses are licensed and insured only for our production, shipping and office workers. This means we deliver all orders (even if you are in the state of N.C, FL or TX.) by UPS, Fedex and Priority Mail.
Because we are not a retail store for browsing but warehouses and an office for shipping, all items are delivered, not picked up.Customers who come to our warehouses or office, are not allowed to come inside and browse as if a showroom.
Currently, we do not post our warehouse or office addresses online, in order to prevent walk-ins. However, our mailing address (not our physical address) is available upon request and is also included on your email receipt . It will also be on the box in which you receive your shipment. You can also obtain the address from your credit card company if you have ordered and a charge appears on your statement.
