We answer our e-mails many times per day. We do our best to respond to e-mails within 1 - 4 hours. This is the preferred method for contacting us, because it allows us time to provide complete and correct answers to your questions. It also provides a record of all contacts between us. It is also best because our business comes mostly by internet.

We can't check order status by live-chat above, however, click here to go to the Order Status Page of our site, enter you billing address zip code and order number from your automatic email receipt.
CALL US:
We receive most of our business by internet and have little need to sit by the phones therefore, we spend our time in our warehouse, filling your orders. This means if you call, you may get a live answer or you may need to leave a message and we will return your call. Incoming and Outgoing phone calls are recorded. Our messages are checked frequently and it is faster than calling back.

Please speak clearly, leave your name, number and a specific message. We cannot return calls that do not leave a SPECIFIC message as to what information you need so that the correct person call call you back. Please repeat your name and number twice and include a good time frame when you will be available at the number given. We will certainly call you back.

Our shipping and receiving warehouse are at a separate location which is not a showroom for customers to browse through our products. It is zoned and insured only for our production, shipping and employees. We are not a retail walk-in "store" which means we deliver all orders (even if you are in the state of Florida) by UPS, Fedex and Priority Mail. We do not post our full address online, in order to prevent walk-ins. Once you order however, our address will be emailed to you on your receipt and will also be on the box along with our UPS account information.
