Note: phone representatives do not have shipping or tracking information which must be researched; they would take your order number and pass it on to shipping dept. They research the order and email information with tracking if already shipped. Thank you for your understanding.
My Card Was Billed, Why Has it Not Shipped?
As stated online during checkout, your card may bill automatically when you place an order, but various items have differant ship out times. Most orders ship out of our warehouse within 2 - 5 business days of being placed. You must then allow travel time to your state which is anywhere from 1 - 7 additional days to arrive to you. If you need Priority Status to ship out faster and to ship by AIR, email us your order number and we will email you back an additional cost quote.
